Refund Policy - LEAP Driving School
At LEAP Driving School, we strive to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring a positive experience for all.
Classroom Portion Fee:
If the online classroom link has been sent or the physical classroom attended, a non-refundable fee of $100 + GST will apply.
Training Fee:
- The training fee is $60 + GST per hour.
- Once training has commenced, the fee for the hours already taken is non-refundable.
- Credit Payment – 3% extra charge is paid to the Credit Card Company is non-refundable
Course Validity:
All driving courses in Edmonton, Beaumont and Sherwood Park are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of registration.
Graduation Requirement:
Students must successfully graduate within the 12-month validity period.
Re-registration:
If a student fails to complete or graduate within the specified timeframe, re-registration is required.
Exceptions:
Limited exceptions may be considered under special circumstances, subject to review.
